Refunds and withdrawal
You bought something that arrives in seconds, so the rules are short and we apply them generously: the aim is that nobody ends up having paid for a file they cannot use.
Digital PDF
Because the file is delivered immediately at your request, your 14-day right of withdrawal on it ends at delivery — you agree to this at checkout, which is what the law requires. That said: if the file does not open, does not print, is wrong for the place, date or time you entered, or never reached you, write to firmament@lumnika.com and we refund the full amount. No form, no deadline games.
Printed poster
A poster printed for your place and your moment is made to your specification, so it is not covered by the 14-day return right either. It is covered by us: if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match the chart you ordered, send a photo to firmament@lumnika.com and we reprint it or refund it, your choice. Printing has not started until we say so — write quickly and we can still change or cancel an order.
How a refund arrives
Back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within a few working days of us approving it.
Before you open a dispute
Write to us first. We answer, and a refund from us is faster than a chargeback from your bank.
